目的 探讨Nd :YAG激光后囊切开术治疗人工晶状体后发障时避免或降低人工晶状体损伤的方法。方法 对 46例 ( 4 9眼 )人工晶状体术后的后发障应用激光治疗情况进行回顾性研究。结果 术后 18%的病例出现轻度人工晶状体损伤 ,其治疗能量均在 2~ 4mJ。结论 对于人工晶状体后发障病人早期行激光后囊切开 ,低能量即可完成且无损伤。对于囊较厚需要提高能量时应避开视轴中心 ,能量控制在 4mJ以内可以避免人工晶状体中、重度损伤。
Objective To investigate the method of avoiding or reducing intraocular lens damage after Nd: YAG laser posterior capsulotomy for intraocular lens implantation. Methods 46 cases (49 eyes) of postoperative intraocular lens (IOL) after laser hysterectomy application of laser treatment were retrospectively studied. Results Postoperative 18% cases of mild intraocular lens injury, the treatment of energy in 2 ~ 4mJ. Conclusions For post-IOL patients, early laser posterior capsulotomy can be done with low energy and without damage. For the thicker capsule need to increase energy should avoid the center of the visual axis, the energy control within 4mJ can avoid intraocular lens, severe injury.
