我是个老师范生。一九五四年,我毕业于江苏省立淮安师范学校初师部,后因学习成绩优异,又擅音乐舞跟,被保说进入该校高师部学习。六年的师裁学习生活,给我留下了美好的记忆,也为我以后的教学生涯打下了比较坚实的基础。走上教育岗位以后,我做过幼儿教师、中学教师、师范学校教师、小学的教导主任和校长、小学教师、教研员、电大教务主任兼文科班辅导教师等。近三十年的教育实践,使我深深体会到,要当一个合格的人类灵魂工程师,必须在师范学校学习期间就打好基础,不仅要德智体全面发展,而且要基本功过硬,不论文化知识还是教学能力,都要尽可能使自己向“通才”方向发展。这也是当今时代向师范生提出的要求。
I am a teacher fan. In 1954, I graduated from the first division of Huai'an Normal School in Jiangsu Province, and was insured to enter the Higher Normal University after studying for excellence because of her outstanding academic performance. Six years of teacher education life, left me a good memory, but also for my teaching career laid a more solid foundation. After taking the education post, I have been a kindergarten teacher, a middle school teacher, a teacher of a normal school, an instructor and principal of a primary school, a primary school teacher, a teacher and researcher, a director of the TVU and a teacher of a liberal arts class. Nearly thirty years of educational practice have made me realize that to be a qualified human soul engineer, we must lay the foundation for learning during normal schooling. We should not only develop all-round moral, moral and physical education, but also have basic skills and hardworking regardless of culture Knowledge or teaching ability, we must try our best to “generalists” direction. This is also the request made to normal students in the present age.
