近年来,在插齿机床的快速发展下,促进了现代机床的进步。但是高速插削也存在很多问题,如:噪音大、冲击力强等,降低了插齿机床工作效率。因此插齿机床动态性能十分重要,通过优化插齿机主插齿机构,能够有效提升设备性能。本文正是基于这一视角,阐述了插齿机工作原理,并分析了插齿机主插齿机构的优化方案,希望能给相关技术人员借鉴意义。
In recent years, with the rapid development of gear shaper machines, the progress of modern machine tools has been promoted. However, there are many problems with high-speed cutting, such as: noise, strong impact, reducing the gear cutting machine work efficiency. Therefore, the dynamic performance of gear cutting machine is very important, through the optimization of gear shaper main gear mechanism, can effectively enhance the performance of the device. Based on this perspective, this paper elaborates the working principle of gear shaper and analyzes the optimization scheme of gear shaper main gear mechanism, hoping to draw the meaning to the relevant technical staff.
