随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,现代社会对人才的需求特别强调实践操作能力(岗位适应能力)。加强实践性教学环节,培养学生创新精神和实践能力是教育部正在实施的高等教育“质量工程”的重要内容。而长期以来受应试教育的影响,在课程教学中,存在着“一支粉笔一本书,洋洋洒洒一节课”的教学方法。这种教学模式片面强调教师的主导作用,忽视学生主体性的发挥,使理论与实践脱节,不利于人才的培养,亟待改革。
With the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system in our country, the demand for talents in modern society places particular emphasis on practical operational skills (job adaptability). Strengthening the practical teaching links and cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability are the important contents of the higher education “quality project ” being implemented by the Ministry of Education. For a long time, under the influence of exam-oriented education, there is a teaching method of “a book with a piece of chalk and a lesson eloquently” in the course teaching. This teaching mode emphasizes the leading role of teachers one-sidedly, neglects the exertion of students’ subjectivity, disconnects the theory and practice, is not conducive to the cultivation of qualified personnel and is in urgent need of reform.
