以广州蓄能水电厂1 号机组的实际结构为例,首先应用Riccati传递矩阵法建立了计算机组自振特性的动力学模型,并分析了机组的自振特性及油膜轴承刚度对它的影响。然后结合Riccati传递矩阵法与Wilson-θ法[5]编制了轴系的瞬态响应计算程序,给出了机组在几种典型外载荷作用下的瞬态响应。该模型的建立将加深对水轮机组动特性的认识,并可用以指导机组设计及故障诊断
Taking the actual structure of Unit 1 in Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station as an example, a dynamic model of the natural vibration characteristics of a computer unit is established by using the Riccati transfer matrix method. The natural vibration characteristics and the bearing stiffness of the unit are analyzed. Then, the transient response calculation program of shaft system is compiled by Riccati transfer matrix method and Wilson-θ method [5]. The transient response of the unit under several typical external loads is given. The establishment of this model will deepen the understanding of the dynamic characteristics of hydro-turbine units and may be used to guide the design of units and fault diagnosis
