紧密连接是细胞黏附的4种连接形式之一,它可维持机体内环境的稳定,保持上皮细胞的极性,影响细胞的运动、增殖、分化,调节细胞功能的发挥。Claudins是紧密连接分子的重要组成蛋白;claudin-7是claudins的24个家族成员之一,目前已有多项研究证实其在多个肿瘤中存在异常表达。肾细胞癌是泌尿系统中最常见的肿瘤之一,其诊治现状目前仍不理想,已经发现的各种标志物均无令人满意的特异性及敏感性,新的生物标志物有待发掘用于肾细胞癌的早期诊断、治疗和预后以及易患人群的早期干预。现就claudins的相关基础研究、claudin-7的研究进展及其在肾细胞癌中的相关研究进行综述。
Tight junctions are one of the four forms of cell adhesion, which can maintain the stability of the body environment, maintain the polarity of epithelial cells, affect cell motility, proliferation, differentiation and regulate the function of cells. Claudins is an important constituent of closely linked molecules; claudin-7 is a member of claudins family of 24, a number of studies have confirmed its abnormal expression in multiple tumors. Renal cell carcinoma is one of the most common tumors in the urinary system. The current status of diagnosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma is still not satisfactory. There are no satisfactory specificities and sensitivities of the various markers that have been found. New biomarkers have yet to be explored Early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma and early intervention in susceptible populations. Now Claudins related basic research, claudin-7 research progress and its related research in renal cell carcinoma are reviewed.
