国海规范[2016]3号沿海省、自治区、直辖市海洋厅(局):为了贯彻落实国务院推进简政放权、放管结合、优化服务的指示精神,进一步规范填海项目竣工海域使用验收工作,我局对《填海项目竣工海域使用验收管理办法》相关内容进行了修订。现将修订后的《填海项目竣工海域使用验收管理办法》印发给你们,请遵照执行。《关于印发<填海项目竣工海域使用验收管理办法>的通知》(国海发[2007]16号)同时废止。
