成本管控关系到企业健康发展,也是企业管理的重要内容。如今,很多企业在成本管控时,依旧使用传统的管控方法,无论是其管理实效,还是过程,都存在一系列不足和缺陷,因此必须探寻一条全新管理思路,实现成本管控的优化。实施价值链条优化,不仅能够为企业成本管控提供有效方法,同时也能让成本管理与企业管理紧密有效结合起来,从而达到企业经营成本的有效降低。本文拟从企业实施成本管控的意义和背景入手,结合价值链条优化理论,分析实施企业成本控制的具体思路和策略。
