目的:观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对慢性脑供血不足患者血脂及血黏度的影响。方法:72例慢性脑供血不足患者,随机分为2组,对照组32例给予尼莫地平片40 mg,tid,阿司匹林肠溶片0.1 g,qd。治疗组40例在此基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊1.6 g,tid。两组疗程均为12周。结果:治疗组治疗后血脂及血黏度等各项指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银丹心脑通软胶囊具有降脂降黏作用,其用于治疗慢性脑供血不足安全有效。
Objective: To observe the effects of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule on blood lipid and blood viscosity in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency. Methods: Seventy-two patients with chronic cerebral hypoperfusion were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received nimodipine 40 mg, tid, aspirin 0.1 g, qd. Treatment group of 40 patients on the basis of the use of silver Dan Xinnao Tong soft capsules 1.6 g, tid. The two groups were treated for 12 weeks. Results: After treatment, the indexes of blood lipid and blood viscosity of the treatment group were significantly improved (P <0.05), compared with the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong soft capsules with lipid-lowering effect of lowering blood viscosity, which is used for the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency safe and effective.
