目的加强医用射线装置和放射源使用的监督管理,保障患者、放射工作人员及公众的健康与安全,促进射线技术的应用和发展。方法通过院史档案、放射工作资料档案回顾我院30年来放射工作发展状况。结果30年来,我院放射工作健康快速发展,放射工作种类和范围扩展,工作场所、仪器设备和防护设施及装备明显增加和改善,工作人员数量大幅增加,人员所具备的相应的专业和防护知识显著提高,放射监督管理工作更加规范。结论医用辐射安全和射线技术的应用与发展,离不开强有力的监督和管理。
Objective To strengthen the supervision and management of the use of medical radiological equipment and radioactive sources, ensure the health and safety of patients, radiological workers and the general public, and promote the application and development of radiological techniques. Methods The history of radiation work in our hospital over the past 30 years was reviewed through archives of hospital history and radiological work. Results In the past 30 years, the work of radiology in our hospital has been developing rapidly and healthily. The types and scope of radiological work have been extended. The workplace, equipment and protective equipment and equipment have been significantly increased and improved. The number of staff members has increased substantially. Conclusion The application and development of medical radiation safety and radiation technology can not be separated from the strong supervision and management.
