文章以机械卡瓦式震击器为例,阐明地面震击器利用钻具在提升时弹性伸长所产生的变形给与向下的震击力,以解除井下各类卡钻事故的工作原理;给出这种震击器震击力的计算式、震击时钢绳中的最大拉力、动载系数以及各折算质量的振动解。
In this paper, a mechanical kava jar is taken as an example to show that the ground jars use the deformation caused by the elastic elongation of the jig when lifting to give a downward shock force so as to relieve the working principle of various types of stuck pipe accidents in the underground The calculation formula of the jarring force of this jar is given. The maximum tensile force, dynamic load factor and the vibration solution of each converted mass in the shock are given.
