文章报告９例胰头部局限性胰腺炎合并梗阻性黄疸的诊断与治疗经验。其病理特点是病变局限在胰腺沟突部位的节段性慢性炎症，部分胰腺实质被增生的纤维结缔组织所代替，临床上常疑诊为胰头癌。９例患者中行胆总管空肠吻合３例，胰头十二指肠切除２例，疗效满意。胆囊空肠吻合４例，术后黄疸均消退，１例黄疸消退后行胰头十二指肠切除；随访期间４例中３例术后发生胆总管结石，其中１例发生胰头癌。文章对该病的病因、病理和手术方式进行了讨论。
The article reports 9 cases of pancreatic head pancreatitis with obstructive jaundice diagnosis and treatment experience. The pathological features of the disease is limited to pancreatic gully segmental chronic inflammation, some of the pancreatic parenchyma was replaced by fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia, clinically often diagnosed as pancreatic head cancer. Nine patients underwent choledochojejunostomy in 3 cases, pancreatoduodenectomy in 2 cases, with satisfactory results. Gallbladder jejunostomy in 4 cases, postoperative jaundice were subsided, 1 case of jaundice subsided after pancreaticoduodenectomy; 4 cases during follow-up in 3 cases of common bile duct stones, of which 1 case of pancreatic head cancer. The etiology, pathology and operation of the disease were discussed.
