建立了蔬菜中三嗪类农药(triazine)(包含莠灭净、莠去津、扑灭通、扑草净、扑灭津、西玛津、特丁净7种化合物)的高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆线性离子阱复合质谱(HPLC-QTrap)的检测方法。方法参考国标对蔬菜进行提取,净化处理后采用高效液相色谱分离,电喷雾三重四极杆线性离子阱复合质谱检测。对样品的阳性色谱峰进行鉴定,包括谱库的建立以及搜库比对等方面研究,并且可以同时根据方法的校正曲线进行定量。结果表明,7种三嗪类农药在0.1~50μg/L范围内定量离子的峰面积和样品的质量浓度之间有很好的线性关系;利用QTrap质谱的优势,在化合物质量浓度大于1μg/L时,可得到高质量的二级子离子全扫描数据,可以有效的对色谱峰进行鉴定,并且方法的加标回收率在85%~101%之间,相对标准偏差小于8%。该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于蔬菜中多种农药的定性定量同时检测。
