石油资源紧缺,中石油正在努力将自己变成一个多元的能源公司。当国际原油价格一度挑战100美元/桶高价的时候,中国石油天然气集团(以下简称中石油)宣布收购河南天冠燃料乙醇公司,开始了对新能源领域进行拓展的实质性动作。收购后,中石油以增资扩股的方式持有河南天冠55%的股份,并保留未来增持至65%的权利。
Oil resources are scarce and PetroChina is trying to turn itself into a diversified energy company. When the international crude oil price once challenged the high price of 100 US dollars / barrel, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) announced the acquisition of Henan Tianguan Fuel Ethanol Company and started a substantive move to expand the field of new energy. After the acquisition, PetroChina holds a 55% stake in Henan Tianguan by way of capital increase and shareholding, and reserves the right to increase to 65% in the future.
