8月30日,辽宁省2016年农机事故应急处置演练于在朝阳市朝阳县举办。上午9时许,一台小型轮式拖拉机行驶在朝阳市朝阳县柳城街道柳城村回家路上,挂车上装了又高又满的庄稼,上面坐了3个人。由于回家心切,车速过快,行驶至一急转弯处挂车侧翻,造成1人甩到路边、2人压在挂车下面的农机事故。县农机监理所接到报案后,进行逐级上报,启动市、县两级农机事故应急处置预案,农机监理人员在公安110、医护人员120的配合下顺利完
