现代社会,诚信既是一个基本的伦理道德范畴,同时又是一个普遍存在于社会的各个领城的重要范畴。当前社会诚信缺失问题,已越来越困扰着人们的生产和生活。已经成为老百姓深恶痛绝的祸根。正视这一问题,并采取积极有效的治理措施,加强诚信道德教育,建立健全法制法规,建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的现代社会诚信机制和社会诚信体系已成为当务之急。
