母种质量的好坏直接关系到栽培的成败,优良的母种是获得高产的根本。笔者多年试验表明,用棉子壳煮汁加富培养基培养的菌种,菌丝萌发快、长势旺、洁白、生命力强。 (一)供试培养基 ①加富培养基:配方A.棉子壳200g,葡萄糖20g,琼脂20g,麸皮50g,蛋白胨2g,磷酸二氢钾3g,硫酸镁1.5g,pH值自然;配方B:将配方A中的麸皮改为玉米粉50g,其他成分相同。②PDA培养基:按常规配方作为对照。 (二)供试菌种 平菇西德33、SP-23,引自清苑职校;冀微2号、3号、凤尾菇,引自河北省微生物所。灵芝,引自河北省微生物所。草菇GV_(3(?)),引自河北省微生物所,QV_(54),引自清苑职校。黑木耳冀杂3号、香菇Cr-02、猴头均引自河北省微生物所。 (三)试验方法 棉子壳处理法设a.b两工艺。a.
