城乡之间的收入差距对全国居民收入不均等的影响,高于地区之间收入差距的影响。地区之间的收入差距,更多地表现为中西部地区与东部地区的差距;城乡之间的收入差距,更多地表现为中西部地区的城乡差距。农村劳动力转移具有缩小城乡和地区收入差距的作用。在全球金融危机和经济下滑的情况下,强化社会紧急救助,为农村进城劳动者提供社会保障,促进低收入群体就业和创业,对于减少收入不均等程度和增强社会稳定至关重要。
The effect of the income gap between urban and rural areas on the income inequality of the entire country is higher than that of the regional income gap. The income gap between regions is more manifested as the difference between the central and western regions and the eastern region. The income gap between urban and rural areas is more manifested as the urban-rural gap in the central and western regions. The transfer of rural labor has the effect of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas and regions. In the context of the global financial crisis and economic downturn, strengthening social emergency relief, providing social security for migrant workers in rural areas and promoting employment and entrepreneurship for low-income groups are crucial to reducing income inequality and enhancing social stability.
