利用穆斯堡尔谱仪测量内转换电子、特征X射线背散射穆斯堡尔谱和透射穆斯堡尔谱,研究了高性能防腐抗蚀的Fe-Zn镀层的分层结构。重点研究了电镀含18%Fe的Fe-Zn合金样品的分层层次和结构,且得知该层次与电镀时的电流密度无关。这为获得优良防腐抗蚀镀层提供了理论依据。
The layered structure of the Fe-Zn coating with high performance corrosion resistance and corrosion was studied by using the Mossbauer spectrometer to measure the internal conversion electrons, the characteristic X-ray backscattering Mossbauer spectroscopy and the transmission Mössbauer spectroscopy. The stratification and structure of the Fe-Zn alloy electroplated with 18% Fe were studied emphatically, and it was found that this level was independent of the current density during electroplating. This provides a theoretical basis for obtaining a good anti-corrosion coating.
