中性粒细胞(PMN)是人体的免疫防卫细胞之一。近年来随着免疫学研究的逐步深入,PMN的作用正为人们所重视。Fc受体(Fc R)除介导PMN的调理吞噬功能外,还参与ADCC作用;新近的研究还证明Fc R与免疫调节作用有关。本文就PMN Fc R近10年的研究进展作一综述。
Neutrophils (PMNs) are one of the body’s immune defensive cells. In recent years, with the gradual deepening of immunological research, the role of PMN is valued by people. Fc receptor (Fc R) is involved in ADCC in addition to mediating the phagocytic function of PMN. Recent studies have also shown that Fc R is involved in immune regulation. This article reviews the research progress of PMN Fc R in recent 10 years.
