我国的电力企业发展进入新的阶段,不同的用电客户所需要的电能有很大不同,所以电力营销部门需要了解每一位客户的需求,才可以更好地实施针对性的营销策略。文章介绍了电力营销工作中的客户关系管理,分析了目前电力企业营销工作中客户关系管理存在的问题,并提出了一些现代电力企业营销中客户关系管理的应用方式。
The development of power enterprises in our country has entered a new stage. The power needs of different customers are very different. Therefore, the power marketing department needs to know the needs of each customer before they can better implement targeted marketing strategies. This paper introduces the customer relationship management in the power marketing work, analyzes the existing problems in the customer relationship management in the marketing work of power enterprises, and puts forward some application methods of customer relationship management in the marketing of modern power enterprises.
