一、福建省国有企业 嫁接外资的基本情况 我省国有企业嫁接外资始于1979年。从1979年至1983年,为小规模的试验阶段。1984年,我省编制了包括499家、711项对外合资、合作嫁接外资改造现有企业项目表,向外推荐,从而使国有企业嫁接外资工作逐步走上了有计划、有组织、有一定规模的发展新阶段。至1993年止,全省国有企业2592家中,先后兴办了996家中外合资、合作企业,一批国有企业利用外资进行了不同程度的改造。这些国有企业嫁接外资的形式多样,创造了不少成功的办法。
