在小型制冷装置中,目前都采用-15M型制冷剂干燥器。这种干燥器为圆柱形,二端收缩(辘紧),并焊有进口和出口接头。虽然这种干燥器制造工艺相当简单,而且密封性好,但是存在着其连接部不可拆的缺点。这样,无论是螺纹损坏,某一零件缺损,还是干燥筒体内表面沾油,整个干燥器都得换新。此外筒内吸收剂不能完全灌满,吸收剂颗粒在移动时互相研磨,此时造成的粉尘迅速将滤器堵塞。苏联商业部门目前应用的氟利昂小型制冷装置有几万台,有鉴于此,采用这种干燥器是不经济的。伏罗希洛夫格勒修理安装公司同机械学院一起研制了一种获得专利的干燥器,它的各个零件均可拆卸。这样就可排除不可拆干燥器所固有的缺点。新结构的干燥器如图所示。其筒体的二端有端盖,端盖和筒体连接处有密封。端盖上制冷剂的进口和出口接管,接管上有一段钻着孔。装配式中心杆
