少数民族区域内高职院校生源主要为区域内少数民族学生,生源特点与内地高职院校有显著不同,当前的教育理念提倡一切学生为中心、因材施教,因而生源特点的不同也决定着教育手段的不同,本文将结合少数民族学生独特的文化、环境、心理等特点来探讨少数民族区域内高职院校学生人才培养教育模式。
