裁员是一件很复杂的事情,要慎重处理每一个细节问题,否则裁员的目的——提升组织竞争力就会受到影响,甚至有可能造成负面影响。企业领导或者管理者在裁员过程中要注意幸存者的感受,不要以为只告诉他们不被裁掉就万事大吉,要通过各种途径尽可能在短时间内使他们恢复信心,重新焕发高昂的组织士气。本文从裁员过程中应注意的事项以及裁员结束后的后续工作两方面讨论如何防治“幸存者综合症”问题,以达到企业“健康”裁员的目的。
