随着我国经济事业的发展,我国核电事业也逐渐呈现出新的发展趋势,从实质上依然处于发展中阶段,加强对核电建设前期金融风险的控制,是促进核电事业发展的关键。经笔者研究,核电建设前期风险包括:投资计划、合同签订、设计核心、设备采购、施工调试等,据此我国应建立有效的控制机制,为核电建设发挥重要作用。
With the economic development in our country, the nuclear power industry in our country has also gradually shown a new trend of development. In essence, it is still in the developing stage. Strengthening the control of financial risks in the early stage of nuclear power construction is the key to promoting the development of nuclear power. According to the author’s research, the risks in the early stage of nuclear power construction include investment plan, contract signing, design core, equipment procurement, construction commissioning, etc. Therefore, our country should establish an effective control mechanism and play an important role in nuclear power construction.
