一座年产6000米~3的灰砂建筑构件厂——四川省江津县灰砂构件厂于去年七月建成投产。筹建江津县灰砂构件厂是重庆市“星火计划”项目——“灰砂加筋混凝土构件及农村住宅示范”的主要组成部分。该厂于前年开始筹建,从破土动工到建成投产仅用了十个月时间。针对我国南方地区相对温度大于60%的使用环境(重庆地区常年平均相对湿度约80%),该厂采用了重庆建工学院硅酸盐制品研究室的科研成果和工艺方案,使产品的使用范围突破了苏联规范的限制(根据联规范 CH165—76和 CH529—80的规定,无防锈措施的蒸压灰砂
A lime sand building component factory with an annual output of 6000m~3 - Sichuan Jiangjin County lime sand component plant was completed and put into operation in July last year. The preparation of the Jiangjin County lime sand component plant is the main component of the “Spark Project” project in Chongqing - “demonstration of lime-sand reinforced concrete components and rural housing.” The factory started its preparation in the previous year. It took only 10 months from the groundbreaking to the completion of the production.
