谷丙夫,72岁,原《新体育》编辑记者,原国家体委宣传处处长,中国体育博物馆馆长。他曾作为第一批创始会员,出席国际奥委会体育集邮联合会,被接纳为首批个人会员,主持成立中国体育集邮协会,任副主席。
Gu Bingfu, aged 72, former editor of New Sports, former director of the Propaganda Department of the State Sports Commission and director of the China Sports Museum. He was one of the first founding members to attend the IOC Sports Philatelic Federation, was admitted as the first individual members, presided over the establishment of China Sports Philatelic Society, served as vice chairman.
