分别在Cr5钢等温贝氏体转变阶段施加0.5、1、1.5 T脉冲磁场,并与相同工艺下的正常等温贝氏体转变比较,研究不同强度脉冲磁场对Cr5钢等温贝氏体转变组织与性能的影响。结果表明,与正常等温贝氏体转变相比较,在Cr5钢等温贝氏体转变阶段施加脉冲磁场,随着磁场强度的提高,试样贝氏体转变量增多,残留奥氏体含量减少,抗压强度、压缩率和硬度降低。
The 0.5,1,1.5 T pulse magnetic field was applied in the isothermal bainite transformation of Cr5 steel respectively and compared with the normal isothermal bainitic transformation in the same process to study the effects of different intensity pulsed magnetic fields on the isothermal bainitic transformation microstructure and properties Impact.
