流行性脑脊髓膜炎(以下简称流脑)是常见传染病之一,对人民身体健康危害甚大。为了摸清高原地区流脑带菌和菌群的稳定状态情况,试图了解流脑健康人群带菌者与流行的关系,为防治工作提供科学依据。我们于1978年5～9月对德令哈地区牧民。饮食服务行业及学生等部分人群进行抽样调查。现总结报告如下:
