培福新(甲氟哌酸)是一种人工合成的广谱杀菌抗生素,它是属于第三代呼诺酮类。适用于治疗革兰氏阴性细菌及葡萄球菌等引起的严重感染。现将(?)此药引起过敏反应1例报告如下。 患者女,36岁,以腰椎间盘脱出于1996年8月29日收入院 入院后行椎间盘摘除术,术后给予培福新800mg加入5％葡萄糖500ml液体缓慢静滴,当输入100ml时,病人自述轻微头痛,减慢滴速;当液体输入300ml时,患者头痛头晕加重,寒颤,自述心前区不适,心慌、胸闷、憋气,当时BP 13/8kPa,P110次/min,T39.2℃,立即停药,并给予地塞米松10mg静脉注射,持续氧气吸入,口服眩晕停,半小时后症
