建立了水中臭氧的 KI-硫酸 - 4-氨基 - N,N -二乙基苯胺 (DPD)分光光度测定法。此方法是在p H3.35条件下 ,根据臭氧与碘化钾的定量反应 :O3+2 I- +2 H+→ O2 +I2 +H2 O,生成的 I2 与 DPD反应显粉红色 ,在 5 10 nm处用分光光度计测定 ,直接测定的线型范围为 0~ 1.0 0 mg/ L ,最低检测浓度为 0 .0 1m g/ L ,相对标准偏差为 1.2 %~ 2 .7% (n=10 ) ,回收率在 98.6 %~ 10 6 .6 %之间。应用此方法对各种水样进行了测定并和碘量法做了比较 ,结果基本相符。该方法实用、可靠 ,用于实际水样中臭氧的测定 ,结果满意。
