医疗设备是医院的重要物质条件,也是发展医院经济的物质基础。随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,医疗设备日益趋向自动化、大型化、复杂化,精密化。因此,医院要不断地增加医疗设备投资,维修的费用也要相应地增加。如何管理好医疗设备,减少不必要的投资,让医疗设备更好地应用于临床,充分发挥其作用,已成为医院建设的重要组成部分。医疗设备的管理是综合性的,它涉及到使用人员和维修人员对设备性能了解程度、操作的熟练程度、平时维护保养以及工作环境和条件等。由于边远林区与大、中城市及其邻近地区相比,在技术资料、设备发展状况的了解、工作环境和条件、人员素质等,都存在着不同程度的差别。一是在购置设备前,对设备的情况不够充分了解,如资料、用途和发展、价格等。二是工作环境及条件差,如干、湿、冷、暧不满足设备要求,外电源电压不稳,有相当一部分线路不符合电气安装标准等。三是操作人员、维修技术人员在技术力量上的不平衡。针对上述问题的存在,就如何管理好边远林区的
