本文以我国制造业上市公司为研究样本,实证检验企业年龄、企业规模、独立环保部门设置对技术层面生态创新的影响。研究发现,企业规模和独立环保部门设置与生态创新显著正相关,企业年龄与生态创新显著负相关。对企业年龄和企业规模进行分组检验,研究发现,年龄较小企业与年龄较大企业在生态创新方面存在较大差异,年龄较大企业与生态创新显著负相关。小规模企业和大规模企业在生态创新方面存在较大差异,小规模企业与生态创新显著正相关。本文丰富了相关文献,特别从企业特征和组织设计方面来分析生态创新的影响因素,对企业生产和管理决策有一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper, the listed companies in China’s manufacturing industry as a sample, the empirical test of business age, business size, the independent environmental protection departments to set the level of ecological innovation on the impact of technology. The study found that the scale of enterprises and independent environmental protection departments set up a significant positive correlation with ecological innovation, business age and ecological innovation was significantly negatively correlated. According to the group test of enterprise age and enterprise scale, the study found that there is a big difference in ecological innovation between the younger enterprises and the older ones. The older enterprises are significantly negatively correlated with the ecological innovation. Small-scale enterprises and large-scale enterprises have great differences in ecological innovation. Small-scale enterprises have significant positive correlation with ecological innovation. This paper enriches relevant literature, analyzes the influencing factors of ecological innovation especially from the aspects of enterprise characteristics and organizational design, and has certain reference value to the enterprise production and management decision-making.
