本文认为加强校企合作是完善职业院校教育功能的有效方法。校企合作主要模式有五种,分别是职业院校引导的校企合作模式、企业引导的校企合作模式、行业引导的校企合作模式、目标引导的校企合作模式和孵化引导的校企合作模式。运行校企合作的主要保障有:要出台相关配套扶持政策和规章制度;要建立专门的组织机构;要做到共同制订培养目标、共同制订培养标准、共同开发培养课程和共同评价培养质量;要做到文化、内容和师资三统一。
This paper argues that strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises is an effective way to improve the educational functions of vocational schools.
