目的:探讨骨形成蛋白4(BMP4)和细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)在Barrett食管(BE)及早期食管腺癌(EA)中表达的意义。方法:132例Barrett食管(BE)标本回顾性分为无不典型增生(N)组(40例)、BE低度不典型增生(LGD)组(50例)、BE高度不典型增生(HGD)组(26例)及食管腺癌(EA)组(16例),采用免疫组织化学SP法染色测定BMP4、CyclinD1水平。结果:BMP4和CyclinD1在4组中阳性率分别为15.0%、20.0%、50.0%、87.5%和12.5%、34.0%、61.5%、93.8%。BMP4和CyclinD1在4组的表达水平逐步递增,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BMP4和CyclinD1可能参与Barrett食管恶性转化过程。
Objective: To investigate the expression of BMP4 and CyclinD1 in Barrett’s esophagus (BE) and early esophageal adenocarcinoma (EA). Methods: 132 cases of Barrett ’s esophagus (BE) were retrospectively divided into three groups: group with atypical hyperplasia (N) (40 cases), group with low degree of atypical hyperplasia (BE) (50 cases), group with high grade dysplasia (HGD) (26 cases) and esophageal adenocarcinoma (16 cases). The levels of BMP4 and CyclinD1 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive rates of BMP4 and CyclinD1 in the four groups were 15.0%, 20.0%, 50.0%, 87.5% and 12.5%, 34.0%, 61.5% and 93.8% respectively. The expression of BMP4 and CyclinD1 gradually increased in 4 groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: BMP4 and CyclinD1 may be involved in the malignant transformation of Barrett’s esophagus.
