工件排序方案的合理性直接关系着企业的设备资源利用率,从而影响到企业的经济效益。针对作业排序决策方面的问题,在前期研究的基础上,进一步对遗传算法运行参数中的交叉概率和变异概率导入自适应策略。利用FT06典型Job shop问题实例,对变形处理后的遗传算法进行了测试。实验结果表明导入自适应概率策略的算法,整体寻优性能良好,能较快找到优解。
The rationality of the workpiece sorting scheme is directly related to the utilization of equipment resources of the enterprise, thus affecting the economic benefits of the enterprise. Aiming at the problem of job ranking decision, based on the previous research, the crossover probability and mutation probability of genetic algorithm are further introduced into the adaptive strategy. Using FT06 typical Jobshop problem instance, the genetic algorithm after deformation processing was tested. The experimental results show that the algorithm introduced adaptive probability strategy, the overall optimization performance is good, can quickly find the optimal solution.
