中华人民共和国教育部在七月份发出的关于举办小学语文教师普通话语音训练班的通知中指出:现代汉语的方言相当分歧,各地人民相对交谈,不能充分交流思想,这种情况同伟大的社会主义建设是不相适应的。为使各地人民逐渐学会一种共同语,今后在全国范围内大力推行以北京语音为标准音的普通话。而在推行普通话工作中,学校的语文教学,尤其是小学语文教学负有很大的责任。遵照教育部的指示,江苏省教育厅委托南京师范学院举办“江苏省小学语文教师普通话语音训练班”,为各市、县训练讲师。今年举办三期,每期由各市、县按照规定条件选送学员一百名左右,共计训练三百
