研究了不同处理工艺对38CrMoAlA尺寸稳定性及硬度的影响,同时对微观组织的变化进行了分析。结果表明,淬火并回火后和氮化后分别增加深冷处理能够显著提高38CrMoAlA的尺寸稳定性,而在淬火后回火前和氮化后分别增加深冷处理对硬度的改善较为明显。氮化处理后再次进行深冷处理均能进一步提高尺寸稳定性和硬度。深冷处理能够使得马氏体基体上析出大量弥散分布的碳化物颗粒。
The effects of different treatment processes on the dimensional stability and hardness of 38CrMoAlA were studied, and the changes of microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the dimensional stability of 38CrMoAlA can be remarkably improved by the increase of cryogenic treatment after quenching and tempering and after nitriding, respectively. However, the improvement of the hardness of the 38CrMoAlA increases obviously after the quenching and after nitriding. After nitriding and then cryogenic treatment can further improve the dimensional stability and hardness. Cryogenic treatment can make a large number of martensite matrix precipitated dispersed carbide particles.
