刚过去的1998年是上海在智能化住宅小区的开发上蓬勃发展的一年,“智能化”这个很时髦的名词已挂在不少人的嘴上,但智能化究竟是何物?其内涵意义和对应的功能又是什么?众说纷云。当前就上海而言,随着社会的进步,人民生活水平的提高,高新技术的应用,智能化住宅小区群将越来越多,水平也会越来越高。本刊早在去年已陆续刊登了上海房地产科研院卫国昌副院长的“住宅小区智能化的若干问题的探讨”,同济大学程大章副教授的“谈住宅小区智能化建设”等文章,今天又将发表朗讯科技公司和西蒙公司等撰写的几篇短文,当然我们还将会陆续发表很多公司关于新技术、新产品、新解决方案等方面的文章。
The just past 1998 was a thriving year for Shanghai in the development of intelligent residential quarters. The very smart noun “smart” has been hung on many people’s lips, but what is intellectualization? What is the meaning and corresponding function? At present, as far as Shanghai is concerned, with the progress of society, the improvement of people’s living standard and the application of high and new technology, the residential area of intelligent residential communities will be more and more and the level will be higher and higher. As early as last year, we published one after another the “Research on Several Issues of Intelligent Residential Area” by Vice President Wei Guochang of Shanghai Real Estate Research Institute. Associate Professor Cheng Dazhang of Tongji University talked about “Intelligent Construction of Residential Areas” and other articles. We will publish a few essays by Lucent Technologies and Simon, and of course we’ll also be publishing articles on many new technologies, new products, new solutions and more.
