不同抗旱性小麦叶肉细胞中,ATP酶主要分布在细胞质膜、液泡膜、胞间连丝、细胞核及细胞间隙。抗旱性强的品种,在正常水分条件下,ATP酶的活性略低于抗旱性较弱的品种。在不同程度渗透胁迫下,ATP酶的活性,抗旱性强的品种呈升高趋势,抗旱性较弱的品种呈降低趋势,而且抗旱性强的品种,高于抗旱性较弱的品种。研究表明,ATP活性强弱与小麦的抗旱性有关,抗旱性不同的小麦品种,其ATP酶活性的大小及其在渗透胁迫下的变化规律不同。
Among the different drought-resistant wheat mesophyll cells, ATPase mainly distributed in the plasma membrane, vacuolar membrane, intercellular filament, nucleus and intercellular space. Drought-resistant varieties, under normal water conditions, ATPase activity slightly lower than the drought-resistant varieties. Under different degrees of osmotic stress, the activities of ATPase and drought-tolerant cultivars tended to increase, and those with weaker drought-resistance tended to decrease. Moreover, the cultivars with stronger drought-resistance were higher than the ones with weaker drought-resistance. The results showed that the activity of ATP was related to the drought resistance of wheat. The variation of ATPase activity and the activity of ATPase in different wheat cultivars with different drought resistances were different.
