[目的/意义]科技类OA学术专著既有传统信息资源的特点,又有新型OA资源的特点,因此规范元数据元素集对其组织、检索、发现与利用意义重大。[方法/过程]提取科技类OA学术专著的属性特点并介绍四大具有代表性的科技类OA学术专著出版项目;对照项目与相关元数据标准的元素集;基于检索要求,提炼出科技类OA学术专著的元数据元素集,并明确元素的必备性和可重复性。[结果/结论]精炼出16个元素,包括12个核心元素与4个非核心元素。在复用通用元数据标准元素的基础上,结合自身属性扩展了特有元素,既有利于不同元数据标准间的互操作与数据交换,又有利于OA专著的有效揭示与快速检索。
[Purpose / Significance] OA academic monographs have the characteristics of traditional information resources as well as the characteristics of new OA resources. Therefore, the normative metadata element sets are of great significance to their organization, retrieval, discovery and utilization. [Methods / Processes] To extract the attributes and characteristics of OA academic monographs and to introduce the four representative OA academic monograph publishing projects; to compare the elements of the project with the related metadata standards; to extract the scientific and technical OA Set of metadata elements for academic monographs and define the essentiality and repeatability of elements. [Results / Conclusion] Refined out of 16 elements, including 12 core elements and 4 non-core elements. Based on the reuse of standard elements of common metadata and the expansion of unique elements in combination with its own attributes, it is not only conducive to the interoperation and data exchange between different metadata standards, but also to the effective disclosure and quick retrieval of OA monographs.
