在经济与社会飞速发展的今天,信息日益成为各领域中最活跃、最具有决定意义的因素之一。信息素养正引起世界各国越来越广泛的重视,并被逐渐加入到从小学到大学的教育目标与评价体系之中,成为评价人才综合素质的一项重要指标。围绕它的讨论,也日益成为世界各国教育界乃至全社会广泛关注的重大理论与实践课题。那么,信息素养到底是什么?根据美国信息产业协会主席保罗·泽考斯基的研究,信息素养应包涵如下几个方面:1.传统文化素养的延续和拓展;2.使受教育者达到独立自学及终身学习的水平;3.对信息源及信息工具的了解及运用:4.必须拥有各种信息技能。如对需求的了解及确认,对所需文献或信息的确定、检索,对检索到的信息进行评估、组织及处理并作出决策等。显然,完整的信息素养包括两个层面:一是在认识、态度层面上的内容,即对信息、信息社会、教育信息化等的认识和态度,这是每一个教育工作者必须具备的素养;二是信息能力,即实际操作层面的素养,是教师对各种信息技术的理解和活用的
Today, with the rapid economic and social development, information is increasingly becoming one of the most active and decisive factors in various fields. Information literacy is attracting more and more attention of all countries in the world and has been gradually added into the educational goals and evaluation system from primary school to university. It has become an important indicator for evaluating the overall quality of talented people. The discussion around it has also increasingly become a major theoretical and practical issue that has drawn widespread attention in the education circles of all countries in the world and even in the whole society. So, in the end what is the information literacy? According to the study of the president of the American Information Industry Association Paul Zekoski, information literacy should include the following aspects: 1. Continuation and expansion of traditional cultural literacy; 2. To achieve independence of educated Self-learning and lifelong learning level; 3. knowledge and use of information sources and information tools: 4. must have a variety of information skills.
