目的对三级预防策略在医院感染控制中的应用效果进行分析。方法选择本院2007年1月至2008年12月间收治的全部患者资料,对其院内感染情况进行分析研究。本院自2008年1月起在医院感染控制工作中应用三级预防策略,对原有的医院感染预防措施进行完善。结果本院2007年医院感染的整体发生率为2.47%,2008年医院感染的整体发生率为0.93%,2008年和2007年相比医院感染发生率显著较低,其差异有统计学意义。结论在医院感染控制中应用三级预防策略,能够使三级管理组织的作用得到充分发挥,实现全员参与、全程监控、综合预防,使医院感染的管理水平得到显著提高。
Objective To analyze the effect of three-level prevention strategy in hospital infection control. Methods All the patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2007 to December 2008 were selected and their nosocomial infections were analyzed. Since January 2008, this hospital has applied the third-level prevention strategy in the control of nosocomial infections and has perfected the existing prevention measures for nosocomial infections. Results The overall incidence of nosocomial infections in 2007 was 2.47%. The overall incidence of nosocomial infections in 2008 was 0.93%. The incidence of nosocomial infections was significantly lower in 2008 and 2007, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of tertiary prevention strategies in the control of nosocomial infections can give full play to the role of tertiary management organizations and achieve full participation, full monitoring and comprehensive prevention so that the management level of nosocomial infections has been significantly improved.
