目的:探讨分离胶管、肝素锂管与普通干燥管(加盖与不加盖)四种试管对测定血浆(血清)二氧化碳的影响。方法用四种试管分装同一标本,通过加盖、不加盖与控制时间,分析不同条件下各管二氧化碳测定结果的差别。结果 C O2测定的三种加盖管(分离胶管、肝素锂管与普通干燥管)37℃水浴3小时内同一时间段间结果无显著性差异,而不加盖普通干燥管各时间段的C O2值比各加盖管的各时间段值低,有极显著性差异,且各管C O2测定结果随放置时间延长而逐渐下降。结论分离胶管与肝素锂管能够比不加盖普通干燥管更好地防止CO2的丢失,且管中的化学成份对CO2结果影响小,并且可以迅速分离血清(血浆)进行检测,因此分离胶管与肝素锂管比普通干燥管更适合CO2的检测。“,”Objective: To investigate the impact on four kinds of tubes including separation gel coagulation promoting tubes, heparin lithium coagulation promoting tubes and traditional drying tube(closed and open ) on plasma (serum) carbon dioxide determining. Methods: Analysis the difference on measurements of plasma(serum) carbon dioxide in different condition by using capping or not capping and controling time in four kinds of tubes after col ecting blood samples simultaneously Results: There were no significant differences in the same time period among the results of determining carbon dioxide in three kinds of tubes with capping after water bath heating in 37℃ with 3 hours, while there’s highly significant differences in taditonal drying tube with out capping in determing as the results of carbon dioxide determining in each kinds of tubes with out capping were lower than that with capping in each period. Moreover, the results were droped gradual y with storage period prolonging.Conclusion:The plasma( serum) dioxide obtained by separating gel tubes and Heparin lithium tube were not only preferably in preventing from dioxide losing but also had less impact on carbon dioxide determining with its chemical composition. In addtion they could provide fast seperation of blood specimens for clinic laboratory. Consequently, separation gel tube and Heparin lithium tube are more appropriate for determining carbon dioxide than traditional drying tube.
