芬兰,一个仅有五百多万人口的小国,国内市场狭小,却在国际竞争最激烈的近二三十年间,涌现出一批著名公司和知名品牌。2016全球创新指数排名结果显示,芬兰位列全球128个经济体的第5位(中国位列第25位),其中,“人力资本和研究”高居全球第1位、“制度”第2位、“商业成熟度”第4位。芬兰之所以能位居全球创新能力高位,与芬兰有效的创新驱动发展政策密切相关。本文深入分析芬兰近年主要创新发展举措,提出对广东创新发展的启示。
Finland, a small country with a population of just over 5 million, has a very small domestic market. However, in the last two or three decades with the most intense international competition, a number of well-known companies and famous brands have emerged. According to the 2016 Global Innovation Index ranking, Finland ranked the fifth in 128 economies in the world (China ranks 25th), among which “Human Capital and Research” ranks the first in the world, and “System” 2nd place, “commercial maturity ” 4th place. Finland’s place in the world’s highest ability to innovate is closely linked to Finland’s effective innovation-driven development policy. This article analyzes in depth the major innovations and developments of Finland in recent years and puts forward some enlightenments on Guangdong’s innovation and development.
