嵌入式学科服务已逐渐成为国内学科服务实践的主流工作。提高服务的精准化需要对服务环境、用户需求、馆员情况的差异性和趋同性有更为准确的把握,需要依据这些差异性和趋同性构建分层学科服务体系。本文从用户、馆员、服务、馆藏四个方面介绍了搭建分层学科服务体系的思路,探讨了分层服务体系在嵌入式学科服务各阶段进行决策时需重点考虑的问题,提出了充分利用用户调查和用户行为数据分析来完善这种分层,以提供精准化的服务。
The embedded discipline service has gradually become the mainstream work of the domestic discipline service practice. To improve the precision of service requires a more accurate grasp of the differences and convergence of the service environment, user requirements, librarians, and the need to build a layered subject service system based on these differences and convergence. This article introduces the idea of building a layered subject service system from four aspects: user, librarian, service and collection. It also discusses the key points that should be considered in the decision-making of the hierarchical service system at all stages of the embedded subject service. User surveys and user behavior data analysis to improve this layering to provide accurate service.
