吻合口瘘是食道癌术后最严重的并发症,本院自2003年6月~2007年6月,开展食道癌根治术30例,出现食道癌吻合口瘘2例,分析如下。1临床资料1)一般资料:2例食道癌吻合口瘘患者,其中男1例,年龄72岁;女1例,年龄68岁。病理分期,前者为鳞状细胞癌(TNM)Ⅱa期,后者为低分化腺癌(TNM)Ⅱb期。
