目的 分析完全性肺静脉畸形连接 ( TAPVC)的 X线表现及诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析了 16例完全性肺静脉畸形连接的X线平片及心血管造影结果。全部病例均经手术证实其术前诊断。结果 X线平片显示 11例心上型者有典型“雪人征”,1例心上型和 2例混合型者“雪人征”不典型 ,2例心内型者无特征性表现。所有病例均经心血管造影明确诊断。结论 X线平片对诊断心上型 TAPVC具有一定价值 ,心血管造影是诊断 TAPVC的“金标准”
Objective To analyze the X-ray findings and diagnostic value of complete pulmonary venous malformation (TAPVC). Methods A retrospective analysis of 16 cases of complete anomalous pulmonary venous connection X-ray and cardiovascular angiography results. All cases were confirmed by surgery preoperative diagnosis. Results X-ray film showed that 11 cases of type of heart-type were typical “snowman sign”, 1 case of the type of heart and 2 cases of mixed type “snowman sign” is not typical, 2 cases of intracardiac type no characteristic manifestations. All cases were confirmed by cardiovascular angiography. Conclusion X-ray is of value in the diagnosis of cardiac TAPVC. Cardiac angiography is the gold standard for diagnosis of TAPVC
