原发性高血压(IHP)患者的交感神经系统功能多年来为研究者所关注。1975年Henry等使用苯基乙醇胺—N—甲基转换酶法(PNMT)测定血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)后,对IHP患者血浆儿茶酚胺含量的研究日益增多,但结果相异。对象和方法:IHP患者81例(男41例,女40例)平均年龄48±1岁,血压平均174±3/101±2毫米求柱。正常血压组66例(男45例,女21例),平均年龄42±2岁,血压平均119±2/72±1毫米
Sympathetic nervous system function in patients with essential hypertension (IHP) has been of interest to investigators for many years. In 1975, Henry et al. Used phenylethanolamine-N-methyltransferase (PNMT) to measure plasma norepinephrine (NE), but the results were different for the plasma catecholamines in IHP patients. Subjects and Methods: 81 patients (41 males and 40 females) with an average age of 48 ± 1 years and IHDs of 174 ± 3/101 ± 2 mm were enrolled in this study.
